• Directions for coming by car:
From Barajas Airport: Take the direction signposted Recintos Feriales (Exhibition Complex). Once you have passed the Exhibition Complex, continue towards Paseo de la Castellana, pass the Plaza Castilla and you will come onto Plaza de Cuzco. Turn right at this square, down Calle Sor Angela de la Cruz, and then the first street on the right: Calle Capitán Haya. The Hotel entrance is 50 metres down this street.
From the city centre: Take the Paseo de la Castellana as your reference and from there go to Plaza de Cuzco. Go round this square and turn left down Calle Sor Angela de la Cruz, then turn down the first street on the right.
The Hotel Meliá Castilla has one of Europe’s largest and most advanced Conventions and Congress Centres: the Auditorium, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, seating more than 1000 people, two multiuse rooms with capacity for 400 and 300 people, respectively, spacious foyers and other adjoining services.
The parallel Congress Exhibition and the coffee breaks between sessions will be held at the Castilla Room, the Auditorium foyer and the Hidalgo Room.

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations received before February 07th, 2010, an administrative fee of EUR 30 € will be charged.
- Cancellations received from February 08th, to March 07th 2010, 40% of the reservation will be reimbursed.
- Cancellations received from March 08th to 23rd, 2010, 20% of the reservation will be reimbursed.
- Cancellations received after March 24th, 2010, the whole payment shall be forfeited.
